I have an elderly rabbit that is 9 years old, 10 in a few months. Senescence was very sudden, but that's not what's worrying me.
He seems to be in suicide mode. He will not drink, he will not eat, and he will not rest. He is losing weight fast..
3 weeks ago, me and mom thought he was ill so we took him to a vet. I didn't go in the room with him, but my mom did.
She said the doctor was very thorough and stated that he is simply very old and bit dehydrated(like I said..).
I did extensive research on senior rabbits and how to care for them and nothing comes close to his current state... is this it? Is he ready go?
