I really didn't like the way Atomic's skills were set. Something felt off. I restarted and got him back to where he is. But I fear when the New Vegas Gods smile on him.

He isn't having as hard of time with some of the quest as he was. Nor is he dying a lot. And he's actually pretty decent with his equipment.

How in the reverse?

I'm playing on Normal. And yes some of the Nightskins soaked up a lot of my bullets. And yes many of the creatures and people are bullet sponges, except when I get a good old sneak attack going on. But I fear what the New Vegas Gods will bring to smite me down.
