so im strolling along through the camp guardian caves clearing them out

i see a lake lurk
press R2, 95% accuracy on head shots
5 headshots (1 missed to my great suprised)
lake lurk has 2 bars remaining on its displayed HP
Lake Lurk Charges me...
Companion Cass shot guns it a few times,
lake lurk face debris is seen rolling into me view....
im still stuck in V.A.T.S. mode...
grabbed phone made a video...
finished video, still in V.A.T.S.

I've tried everything short of banging my head with the controller..wait,I did try that,nothing.That's the cousin glitch to the ever loading-loading screen when you transition thru a door if you've had that before.Usually when I try to quit out the PS3 has a big ol' s h i t hemhorrage and resets by itself. Beep Beep Beep,sound familiar? Hard reset is usually the only option.Sorry.

Oh,wait,sometimes when I fling my controller across the room in a fit of rage when I go to pick it up and come back it will have moved a bit.And I let it sit for 5 mins once and it just started playing again..but I was too slow and I got killed by the other guy that was going to die after the guy I just killed before VATS locked up.Lost a lot of work too.Try letting it sit for a few maybe and it may exit by itself but anymore than 5 mins is a waste of time.

it first happen to me under repcon where the nightkin are and after 5 minutes of this particular nightkin swinging and swining and swinging missing me 90% of the time i was finally released from V.A.T.S. but without the amusemant of a nightkin missing me when i cant move i didnt have the patience to wait for it to maybe start working again
