» Sat Aug 16, 2014 4:53 am I'm currently experiencing a bizzare graphical where whenever the weather is clear, everything in exterior cells appears completely white and washed out. The outlines of objects are discernible but that's about it. This isn't as far as I can tell a texture or mesh problem, since it looks fine when the weather is different. I think the game is miscalculating ambient light levels for some reason, but I've checked the .ini file and they look fine. The problem begins whenever I am outside and the weather turns to clear. When I load a save game in which the weather in the current region is clear the error begins after I enter and then leave an interior cell. Interestingly distant land still displays fine, but everything within normal view distance is completely white.
I'd be very grateful if anyone could figure this one out for me. My mod list is below (though since exterior lighting levels are determine by ini settings I'm not sure that the problem is a mod). I've tried disabling all the mods that could plausibly effect the weather or the lighting system but so far this hasn't worked.
