So I wanted to make a character who relies on stealth melee kills to dish out the pain, really relying on my skill at sneaking to make it happen. As such, I only need a Luck of 6 to get Better Criticals, and I'm not bothered about Critical Chance for when I get discovered as hopefully Turbo + Rushing Water + Slayer + Super Slam will get me out of tight jams. They're also a stealthy hunter/predator cannibal style guy, with no respect for the current authorities in Vegas (naturally, I'll be going for Meat of Champions).

Has anyone got suggestions for a snazzy outfit? My default would normally be Ulysses' Duster with the 1st Recon Beret, but I really want to shy away from additional critical chance to get me into the role of relying on stealth. I'm willing to go from creepy look (to reflect The Hills Have Eyes cannibal side) to cool rebel look, but I want to be mobile so light armour is massively preferred.
