This happens completely at random. While working in the CS, it will suddenly start thinking my keyboard is using a Spanish layout and start typing " instead of > and that upside down question mark instead of double-quotes and so on. This is REALLY [censored] ANNOYING, especially while scripting.

The only way to fix it is to quit the CS as restart it again. Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm using Win 7 with everything running as Administrator in Win XP compatibility mode.
