I know Tiber Septim used the Numidium, but what ever happened to it any way. Did he have it destroyed or did he take it with him when he became a god?

I'm not big on lore or anything, but wasn't the Numidium a Dwarven Machine or something?

This series lore is so rich, and I'm a svcker for depth in stories, that I've been thinking about getting into it. But I'm not about to hunt Skyrim for hundreds of Books to decipher it all. Probably going to watch ShoddyCast's Lore Series(Unless it's inaccurate?). Just want to know which would be the better option for someone as impatient as myself.
