I have so many mods that make the game hell already, as much as I love the idea, I'll pass. Though for people who play easy Skyrim such as vanilla Legendary, it's not too bad

Yeah, hardcoe is a double-edged sword. To me it's more like an annoyance, Tried a lot of hardcoe concepts, like the strip all money when dying, use Mods that disallow to safe and Mods that 'improve' enemy AI and combat behaviour. Ultimatively I had to teach myself games need to be fun and not something that constantly forces you to reload. You can make Skyrim a hardcoe enviroment with less starting health, no auto health regen and a extremely cut loot list and expensive prizes, though.
