Blockhead is not generating an ini file no matter what I'm doing to try and fix it which I followed the thread at nexus site. No matter what I do or install reinstall everything I still get install blockhead across characters faces. I've followed the instructions to a T for OBSE and character overhaul and to none avail nothing is working.
