Thinking of taking on a deathlord at a set location. Does paralyze potion work?

IIRC, undead are immune to poisons.

Yea the undead can't be poisoned but if you use an enchantment or spell that should work.

So staff of paralysis should?

At level 4 with staff of paralysis, staff of frost atronach, companion such as lydia what are my odds at beating the draugr? Going in withsteel plate armor,gloves and boots with red eagles bane as primary weapon

Hoping to paralyze and have atronach and companion beat up while i attack possibly at distance but if draugr is down then come in with eagles bane for fire damage

your chances are pretty good just make sure to have some charged soul gems so you can recharge the staff if needed.
