Unless I am mistaken NCR dollars, Legion Coin and Bottle Caps have a fixed value in relation to each other, regardless of your Barter skill.

Pre-war money and casino chip value vary with your Barter skill.

So to me this means the dollars/coin/caps are treated as currency, while the money/chips are commodities.

Do you agree/disagree? Do you care? Does it matter?

BTW I find it ironic that the Burned Man is on the tail side of Legion silver coins.

And I think casino chips should have weight in hardcoe mode.

Maybe on some modes, but in general I'm not too fussed. Would'nt really mind either way.

If Sierra Madre chips had weight, that would actually make Dead Money a bit more interesting.
