So, I decided to make a clean install of Skyrim. I removed all mods and only left the official DLC's. I also deleted my INI's so that they would refresh; basically, everything is back to a pure vanilla game.

Also, I'm using Mod Organizer to keep the game's folder as clean as possible. The issue is that Mod Organizer overwrites my INI settings, and changing my settings through the launcher doesn't change anything: I set everything at max, and yet my textures are still blurry as if I set it to low.

Therefore, here's my question: what is the INI setting to set the textures' level of detail ?

Hmmmmm. What happens when you run outside mod organizer? Run the launcher and let it make the .ini files. Make sure the texture settings are right. Start the game from the launcher.

Are the textures where they should be? Making sure the issue is the organizer.
