Which places would you like to visit the most?

Not necessarily in the next game, but which single places on Nirn would you like to visit the most. Not provinces, more cities and regions. Islands count too. For example, Pyandonea, or Stirk, or a city like Silvenar or Narsis. These places coulsd also be DLC. Why you would like to visit these locations is also important. It is because it's visually stunning, or just interesting.

Necrom, the Dunmeri city of the dead, one of the most holiest of sites in Tamriel.

I completely agree. One of my favorite cities to visit in Tamriel. I would have fared better than most during everything Morrowind has gone through in the Fourth Era, being so far away from Red Mountain and being surrounded by steep cliffs, making it much harder to attack from the sea. A DLC called "City of the Dead" could add the city as a location you could visit.

The city of Alinor. Lore paints it as a veritable Atlantis where raw magic from the Sun makes they city one of the most beautiful and sophisticated places on Tamriel. I'd also love to finally read and learn about how the Mer see history since most of what we get in game is from a mannish perspective.
