this is a little lame but my male fallout character sounds a lot like a women when taking damage. this is a small issue but irritating none the less. anyone else have this prob?

Yeah I noticed this the other day on my toon, it doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. I went in someplace and told veronica to wait outside since she kept getting killed inside. Anyways I went insid started fighting and I heard a female get hurt a few times and I was like "WTF I told you to wait outside!" I turned around, thinking Veronica had followed me in and she hadn't so the conclusion was that my character was making the female moaning/pain noises.

thats funny. i'm glad i'm not the only one noticing this. thanks for your input.

Freeside, there's a girl and boy chasing a rate with a knife, talk to them they both have the same voice.. lol

Haha yeah I noticed that aswell. They really have a thing for reusing voice actors in these games. I have the female voice whilst taking damage problem aswell.

On a slightly off topic note, I also have an NPC that talks to me as if I am a woman. It's the doctor at Camp Forlorn Hope who asks you to look into the missing medical supplies. He keeps referring to me as his "little buttercup". And when I first spoke to him he said that he has "always been a svcker for a pretty face", or something to that effect. I should really go kill him soon..

Maybe he is supposed to be a a flamboyant gay character? I don't know I haven't met that NPC so I couldn't truly give insight on that one.

Yes he is a gay character, if you have the perk for men like the lady killer you can flirt with him before you pick him up as a follower to get bonus xp lol.... wait the doctor from the followeres? Or lily the nightkin? Cause that's a female nightkin lol im confused and my console is off atm

I was talking to nobark and his voice changed mid way through and then went back. you could tell it was someones week attempt to sound like the original voice actor.

must be multiple personality disorder... lol
