Which PC will play skyrim and other games better? : V

So I'm looking to get a new computer and I want to know wich computer is better for playing skyrim and games. I'm sorry that this doesn't even fit in the forums category.

You might want to consider this review of the video card that comes with #2:

It doesn't sound like it would be very good for games like Skyrim, which are pretty graphic intensive. Also the power supply at 300 watts is woefully lacking. These days a 500 watt supply is pretty much the required minimum for any sort of decent rig. So I'd say none of the above.
