Are there weakpoints on enemies i should go for. Or is it anywhere you hit it does the same damage?

an arrow to the knee, or the face does the same amount of damage. There is no weak points on enemies that I know of. Now enemies can have weaknesses to effects or resistances. But if you shoot a bandit in the knee with an arrow, he doesn't slow down or start limping.
