I was trying to install http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22701 mod, but it does not work, I didn't see any changes in lips.

I found the same topic on this forum http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1472425-lip-tintmask-not-working. There was suggested that it may be caused by SKSE, and there should be some fix. But what is that fix ? Where to get it ?

The only change is that the lower edge of bottom lip became same color as face. I do not think that this is all that this mod is supposed to do.
