What do you imply or not, is of no consequence.

Once they're done with porting, Zenimax will release ESO to XB1/PS4. What happens next, remains to be seen.

Well, you're saying the game is terrible, and then that they shouldn't try to get more revenue to invest in improving the game...

your 1st sentence doesn't make a lick of sense...

but the latter sentence goes without saying.

I knew I should've used simpler syntax, since this one is obviously too complex for you. Anyway:

What you imply or not, does not matter.

it isn't terrible, it's just simply not good enough to warrant all the time, efffort, and money required to bring it to the consoles.

they should use that time, effort, and money on teh next iteration of TES or fallout. bringing eso to console is a fruitless, futile endeavour. IMO
having said that, the console version of eso could surprise me...but, i doubt i'll touch it, though, now that i know they're not dropping that terrible subscription model. lesighs

"what do you imply or not"... is just grammatically laughable. thanks for coming out, though.

but ESO is not made by Bethesda, Beth is likely work on the next TES and/or Fallout, but ESO is being worked on by another developer all together

Ah, I see what you're thinking, which many people do. Unlike WoW, ESO is made by a completely different studio, it does not slow down single-player ES/Fallout at all.

also, the P2P is still a valid one. Most F2P are entirely focused on squeezing every cent out of you instead of fixing issues. You get what you pay for.

i said "they", i wasn't implying bethesda. anyways, zenimax and bethesda hold eachothers hands, and zenimax needs to impress the fudge outa me if i'm to pay a subscription on a console (xbox specifically). i still think they should just dump the project altogether. I wonder if console ESO will be pushed back even further than it already has.

zenimax doesn't/didn't deserve to make their own iteration of TES, it's ruined the franchise for a lot of people.

edit: me no likey this quoting system :(

What were you implying with "they", then?

Fallout 3 did the same thing. But both games also attracted new people to the series. too.

And the quoting is kinda annoying, yeah. (although I've seen much worse)

i know plenty who hated ESO but none said it "ruined the franchise".. the whole idea of one bad title in a franchise ruining past and future titles is a stupid and laughable concept to be honest..

those who are not willing to pay subscriptions should not even be playing MMORPGs in my opinion..

it costs money to keep servers running, employ a team to fix bugs and balance gameplay, a team of devs to keep turning out new content.. and a team of us highly trained helper moneys working ON CALL to fix server issues (you ever work ON CALL for server tech support? i did for a short time, and if the pay was not as nice as it was, I would have quit the first day I was called in at 2AM while i had a hangover)..

it is much better for them and the players to get that money by subscription, rather than micro-transactions for every little thing and making it so a person who just started in the game and paid $60 to immediately completely outclass the individual who had been playing it for 2 years
