I want to get rid of streamline but if i deselect it, the bashed patch auto-deselect itself.
What is the easiest way to do what i need?

Remove Streamline then rebuild the bash patch. You are supposed to rebuild the bash patch every single time you add, remove, edit or re-order ESM/P files in your game.
