Adding Racial Special Ability through console command? : V

Basically want to create a Nord with the Berserker Rage Perk for RP purposes... is there a console command I can issue to add the Orcish Berserk Rage to my Nord permanently (ideally I would trade with “battlecry” but have no problem just ignoring that ability for my RP build... thanks in advance!
