It's been a few days since this weird thing occurred. When I boot my PC and get to my desktop there's no icons whatsoever; not on the desktop, not on the taskbar, nothing. They are there anyway, I can find them and use them through searching, but they aren't showing. After a couple a minutes though they appear normally. If I try to close reboot my PC it warns me that a certain 'Memory Meter' thing is preventing the PC from rebooting... I'm on Windows 8.1. Is my RAM going to hell?
