Hello all, first time poster to the forum.

I am a pretty experienced Skyrim player and I am running into a glitch I cant seem to fix or find anything on line for. I have a pretty good level in both heavy and light armors ( heavy 77, light 88 )and switch off to level up quicker. I have been using all glass light armor for a while with no issues. A couple days ago it started to act strange and was taking all sorts of damage from low level attackers. As an example, I would enter a Reikling cave and get hit with 3-4 spears and I was almost dead. My armor rating is pegged at 590, game level is set to expert. Even when I lower the difficulty to novice its still an issue, I just last a little longer. I have tried to unequip and re-equip, I dropped it and re-equipped, saved and quit and tried again, I even resorted to returning to all heavy armor and its still happening with a full set of ebony gear. I really couldn't say exactly when it started and unfortunately I am real anol about deleting saves so I only have a small handful to pick from that are all the same odd glitch.

Has anyone else run into this and can maybe offer some sort of option I haven't thought of? I hate to scrap the whole game and start over, I am at level 54 currently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It really does seem like a corrupt save file. I did ten minutes of searching just in case, but found nothing. Stick around, though; maybe someone will know a solution.

Try to go to a shrine, to cure all your diseases.

A riekling can't break through a full set of ebony armour with 5 hits, regardless of what diseases the player has.
