Display table problem

Post » Sat Sep 06, 2014 9:34 am

I've got a bunch of eggs, insects ect arranged in a display table. It's fine when my player opens it but NPCs wandering around keep opening it and everything fountains onto the floor.

I've considered putting a lock on it so only my character can open it. Or altering the navmesh to keep NPCs futher away from it.

I though designating the table to be player owned would stop NPC's from opening it but apparently not.

I already have some collision planes inside the display keeping the items where I want but I could make them be a little taller.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried assigning the "No AI Aquire" flag on the reference tab of the display table and the items?

Not yet, but I'll try it. I really don't much want to have to put a lock on it. The items won't need the flag, they aren't picked up just scattered all over the floor.
