Welcome To: HEC:Guilds
Heart Eater Collection: Guilds
What Is HEC:Guilds?
HEC:Guilds is a mod that I am currently working on that will add many new guilds to Oblivion. It is the first part of the 'HEC Series' Or 'Heart Eater Collection Series'. The aim of the HEC series is to add a variety of new content to oblivion in order to make a completely new experience in a game that we have all probably finished a thousand times. As well as adding new guilds, it will edit the current guilds making them longer and adding new choices to current quests (For example, in the fighter's guild, there will be an option to join a group of bandits that are opposing the guild)
So, What Guilds Will Be Added Then?
Ah, now that is a good question. There is a big list of guilds that will be added and edited, but firstly I must say that this list is incomplete. I am always looking for more ideas of guilds to add. Maybe expanding the list to a total of around fifteen or twenty will satisfy me.
Ranger's Guild:
Along the Bravil river there is a secretive group of highly skilled men. Rangers are good at stealth and are brilliant marksmen. They are not too fond of outsiders, however, they are unwilling to waste possible talent. They are a group that many people think are but a myth, however, they ARE real, and they defend Tamriel from forces that the common man is not even aware of.
Imperial Legion:
The Imperial legion is in desperate need of power, the Oblivion Crisis is only one of their worries. Necromancers are taking advantage of the Oblivion Crisis in order to fulfill their main goal. Hekahr, a powerful Nordic mage who stood on par with great men such as Ysgramor and Gaiden Shinji, he is the goal of the Necromancers, if they can revive Hekahr, then the world will be his playground. This is a problem that needs to be solved before it begins, for Hekahr is the man, as much as Bosmer refuse to admit it, that once invaded Valenwood and took over the country, only to give it back to the Bosmar stating that it was 'just a bit of fun'.
Hekahr's Servants:
Hekahr's Servants date back to the end of the first era. They served Hekahr the immortal for eight-hundred years, that is when they found out that immortality is just not possible for a nord. Now, they plan on reviving the great mage, do you take their side, or do you help the legion? The world rests on your decision.
Hunter's Guild:
Been fighting for too long and just need a break? Why not try hunting in another land? Hercine is always looking for some fun, and the Hunter's guild, his secret servants, are now recruiting. Go to Hercine's plane of Oblivion and hunt to your hearts content, but remember, in Hercine's world, even deer hunt humans.
Bloodscar Bandits:
Yes, bandits. It has been done before, and it will be done again. But these bandits rival the fighter's guild and have plans to take over all of Tamriel. The legion considers them to be simple bandits but the Fighter's Guild knows better. After the Fighter's Guild questline, you must decide whether to assist the Bloodscar Bandits or to help the Fighter's Guild protect Tamriel.
Tamrielic Loresman:
Take on this fancy name and become a simple scholar. The Tamrielic Lorsmen are always looking for rare lore books to add to their collection. Even the Arcane University does not hold as much knowledge as these people.
The Holy Church Of Henimiah:
There are more Aedra then most people realize. The god of Purity is not one to pardon Pirates. Join the Holy Church Of Henimiah and fight against impure pirates who ruin the purity of Tamriel. Henimiah is one of the divines who prefers to work in the shadows, only a select few know of his existence, and if this were to change, he would be unable to watch over Tamriel. Travel to an island west of High Rock to fight against the pirates who are taking prisoners to sacrifice to Renkhar, the Daedric Lord of Sacrifice.
Renkhar's Glory:
Renkhar's Glory is a group of Pirates operating under the Daedric Lord of sacrifice. This Daedra, like Henimiah, is unknown to most of the world, but in exchange for sacrifices, he is willing to grant any wish. Do you desire Divine Purity, or Selfish Greed, You decide.
Now Its Your Turn, What Guilds Do You Want To See?
