Could someone make a cell with a couple NPCs each that uses different idles and packages each for 1 hour and put it on Nexus?

Use a cooking spit.

Goes to a table and eats.

Goes to a bed and sleeps.

Digs, hoes, mines.

Prays at an altar

Goes to an archery target and shoots arrows at it.

Goes somewhere and sweeps

Gets water and carries it somewhere to pour

Goes to a chopping block and chops, gets wood and carries it somewhere

As many other idles and premade packages as you can think of.

Animal packages wouls be useful too

eating, drinking, laying down, going into a stall, ect

The tutorials are somewhat limited. It would be useful to have examples of the proper package and idle settings for a lot of these.

I'm having a little trouble. It seems my NPCs either don't perform the action or don't stop and do anything else.
