Patching - CTD at startup

Hey everybody, at this moment im I have what looks like a good build, but im not sure whats going on here...

I have a smattering of Requiem patches that, if i try to load them causes a CTD at start up and really I dont know if the game is going to be stable until this thing is figured out...

Something curious, I kept fighting tooth and nail trying to get Wet & Cold Holidays to work, then I realized that the plugin didnt actually exist in the load order, even though I installed it with NMM... I found that redownloading it through the manager made it appear and it seems to be running now. Its little oddities like that which have me concerned...

I used Wrye Bash and it says that the unofficial plugins are showing as .ESP when they should be .ESM I have no idea what that is about, I tried redownloading them but have the same result, that might be causing some problems in the system, like random CTD and stuff. I have been considering cleaning them with TES5EDIT but havent gotten around to it.

Im going to add my load order for people to look at, maybe someone can spot something that I wont, its really odd that all these Requiem patches are causing CTD at startup...

Again, so no one gets confused, I am looking for help in getting all the right patches together, and maybe an explanation why some patches are causing CTD...

The unofficial patches are esm's but are still have the esp plugin extension.

I believe the team decided to go the esm method since some mods are esm based and the unofficial patches generally speaking should be loaded right after the main game or the dlc it patches. Other mods should load after the unofficial patches so those changes can take effect if it was modified from the unofficial patch.

Mod managers will detect that the mod has an error for the extension type just as a headsup that a mod might not be built correctly.

Loot or Boss should be placing the unofficial patches in the correct location and they are not in your load order.

The civil war overhaul I heard is quite buggy. I never had used that mod.
