I have an alchemist that I have just added unique voiced dialog too.

I set her up a brand new voice type and implemented the new dialog great, except that changing her voice type has rendered her no longer offering merchant services. She still has her merchant factions etc. She no longer offers services even though I 'allowed vanilla dialog' when setting the new voice type, which of course is because she is no longer using voice types with merchant dialog.

A look in the 'Services' section of the Quest Dialog Window shows me only 'Barterexit' as an option for setting up custom dialog for services and I can't seem to find any tutorials on setting up a custom voiced NPC merchant.

Could someone please tell me how to have my NPC with new voice type as a merchant too, or point me towards a tutorial. Thanks.

DialogueGeneric quest handles all barter dialogue in vanilla (tab: dialogue views - branch: servicesbranch) and the dialogue in the quest can only be said by voicetypes defined in the defaultnpcvoicetypes formlist (conditioned on the quest data tab). Services tab is not used by the game.

Study the servicesbranch in dialogueviews and make a copy of what you need in your own quest.
