Mods that make Skyrim more populated?

Title is self-explanatory, I'd like to think. I'm about to download and install Interesting NPCs, Immersive Patrols, and Organized Bandits in Skyrim. Did I miss any?

I don't think it's on the Nexus anymore, but the Populated Lands/Cities/Roads/Forts series is great.

Be careful with these mods, and test the game after adding each one. There is a reason why the NPC count is low in this game, the more NPCs you have, the more frame rates suffer. Adding one of them, no problem, adding two or more, it could be a chugfest. Especially if combat occurs near a bunch of NPCs.

I've settled for Interesting NPCs, Inconsequential NPCs and http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15501/? , which is rock solid (I've had issues with other similar mods) and makes trekking around more immersive as there are more, well, travellers in Skyrim.

Thanks for the tip. I've decided that I'm going with Interesting NPCs, Inconsequential NPCs, Travellers of Skyrim, and Immersive Patrols. If ToS and IP try to overwrite each other, I'll go with ToS.
