Gold has weight 1.1 MAJOR bug....

Post » Sat Sep 13, 2014 12:50 am

I've encountered a major bug in this mod and am wondering if anyone can help. Basically, the mod adds 0.01 weight per every gold coin. So if I pick up 1000 gold, my encumberence will increase by 10 (hypothetical value) If I drop the gold, my encumberence will then decrease by 10. Perfectly logical right?

The problem is this and it all but ruins the mod. Basically the mod will only remove the gold weight if you drop it or store it. It does not recognise persuasion or barter.

So if I were to have a encumberence of 0, (ie wearing/carrying nothing at all) Then add 200'000 gold via console, if I were to bribe an NPC with all that gold, according to the game I would still be carrying that gold/weight even though I would have nothing.

Each trip to a trader essentially permenently reduces my carry capacity simply for the fact that I've spent some gold.
Is it possible to fix this? Up until now it's been one of my favourite mods.
