Looking for lore on small islands around Tamriel

Hello,

for some time now, I have been playing around with the idea that I would try to create some little landmass mod (not that I would believe I could start working on it any time soon :D). But my biggest problem is that I actually do not really know what to create. I could just go on and made something up, but I think it would be better to have at least some stuff to build upon. So I just browsed through random Tamriel maps and looked for some small islands, that might be ideal for small personal projects like these. But there is a problem - I have not been able to find even names of some of these islands, so digging some lore seems very difficult. That's why I wanted to create this thread. I wanted to ask you all about any piece of information that might be useful and perhaps it might even inspire some modders to give a try to creating their own vision of some of these inslands, as at least I would love to see more landmasses mentioned in the lore created for Morrowind (are there actually any besides province mods and SWG'S WIP Stros M'Kai?).

Some islands that I mean:

Herne, Cespar, The Chain - Islands west of Hammerfell. I found very brief note that during the arrival of Redguards to Tamriel, some of them actually landed on Herne, but is unknown whether there are still some in there.

Islands between Summerset Isle and Valenwood - I found map where these were named "Dominion islands". No lore found.

Islands south of Elsweyr - Only found on some maps, no names or anything.

Islands around Black Marsh - Large one in Topal Bay, another to east of Seafalls. There are also some little ones around southern coast on some maps

Some maps I used:

Thanks in advance for any input

I always found it odd that the Thrasian Isles are on a map, what with them suppose to have been sunk when the altmer attacked during the Thrasian plague.
