Here's some mods I'm looking for and hoping anyone can help..

1) Is there a mod which allows me to put out torches? I know the thief enchanced mod does this but I only want to be able to put out and relight torches without all the changes to the sneak mechanic.

2) Which is the best mod which stops every NPC rumor from being about Solsthiem?

3) Is there a mod which adds small buckler shields? Something small like this.. http://darksouls.wdfiles.com/local--files/small-shields/buckler-onhand-large.jpg

4) Do any mods add rope as an item? Not a rope to use but just as a miscellaneous item.

I use Illy's rumor fix and it works. Double check its readme, though. IIRC, if you talk with any NPC who is an agent and ask about rumors, you will get told about Solstheim, which means that once one talks about it, it seems like any NPC after that likes to mention it. So in my games, I try not to ask those NPCs who are agents about latest rumors.
