I have encountered an irritating feedback loop.

Arcade will not initiate the travel with me dialogue unless I don't a non-humanoid with me.
If I get rid of my non-humanoid companion he says my party is full.

Seems I am unable to get him to join me. ED-E is missing although he should be at Lucky 38 which is what I think is causing it. Any solutions?
