Encountered a bug in the Rise of the East Empire quest. So my character Artemis killed the boss Mage Haldyn in Japhet's Folly tower. Cleared the island of pirates and was invited by Capt Andelaisa Vendicci back to Windhelm to celebrate. When I went back to the East Empire office, I was greeted by Orthus and Capt. Andelaisa as if my character was a stranger, at one point Artemis was even arrested for trespassing and spent the night in jail. I figured it was a bug... so I reloaded a previous save. No effect, despite of all she had done for the East Empire, she's still being treated as a trespasser. Anyone encountered a solution to this bug? I don't want to think I wasted all my time being bombarded by cannons in the island in vain. Thanks!
