Having an odd problem with snap to grid

Hello Bethesda Forums

As said in the title I am having an issue with the snap to grid feature. I have searched this forum and others for a solutions but to my knowledge my problem appears to be unique. So, on with it.

Example: I place a kit piece, NorRmSmWallSide01, at 0,0,0, I turn on my snap to grip, I ensure that the snap to grid setting is at 32, I duplicate my wall, I have the duplicate selected, I press my up key a few times, the new wall clips with the old wall slightly, I check the new wall co-ordinates, it is not at a multiple of 32, it is a decimal number, I move the new wall back on top of the old wall, it is not aligned, I try again this time 'shift-Q'ing the reference to the wall I then duplicate, again off by some decimal of a number.

I haven't pressed any other keys, I haven't used the gizmo's, I have no idea what going on. Has anyone else experienced the same thing or does anyone know how to fix it? I can upload pictures if needed.

Thankyou in advanced, Kyle.
