For first gen and second gen muties on the west coast, there are female mutants. It's just that the muscle structure makes them pretty much equal to a male mutant in strength and appearance and just as sterile. Vault 87 muties are genderless, as a computer in the vault said so, they must have used a different strain of FEV. So west coast mutants do have females in the group, but you can only tell if they drop their drawers.

Maraposia SM do have gender still, however the process of becoming a SM overrides alot of the secondary six traits, like curves and boobies on women they all be come super muscled so much so they become misshaped and often twisted in appearance. With hunched backs and such. However if you do want to look I'm pretty sure the six organs are still there. there DNA however is corrupted to be incomparable even with each other hence the sterile status.
