Title says it all. Did the cool collectors items and nice boxes only come with Morrowind?

Arena had a deluxe edition that came with the hint guide book and the arena mousepad. Daggerfall didn't have any special edition that I can think of but did have several pre-order bonuses such as the lysandus(possibly underking) pewter figurine and a daggerfall t-shirt.
