Why Bethesda keep making buggy Playstation releases

Hi all,

First of all this post is full of pain and hate! Yes you heard it Bethesda.

I started to play TES long time ago on a PC (since TES2 I believe) and I had played almost all games and add-ons ever released. Some time ago I (3-4 years ago) I joined the PS3 club. I was glad to know that you started to release new TES game on PS3. I become even happier when realized that Fallout 3 became available on PlayStation (and then Fallout New Vegas)

Before that I played this games on the PC, and I was a huge fan of you company. The key word WAS.

So here is the story of my PS3 sad gaming:

I bought Fallout 3 for PS3 – laggy/buggy but ok I love fallout and kept playing it even the game play was completely ruined by every hour console reboot

Then Skyrim was preordered – was awesome, but the game pretty fast reached its limit and stated behave like it was freaking alpha – lags on every location even after booting the game.

I literary throw out both games in garbage and forgot about how badly they were made/developed. But this year I got a present – Fallout New Vegas Complete Edition for PS3. I was glad as I missed this game for some reason. But you know what same old sh11t, even this game was released years ago… No patches/updates fixing this situation

Strange is that all your games have completely same bugs or at least the same behavior on PS3, and you are just dropping support even the game is still selling (so at some point – you are still getting money, right?)

This is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend anyone buying you games anymore nor buy it myself. I was a huge fan for a long time but this ends now, I hope you would eventually lose all you fans with such crappy development and QA.

Not awaiting for any replies – just hope some Bethesda guys would read this, I know my post is not the first one and I guess not the last one.

TES and Fallout games are big. BIG. Which means bugs. LOTS of bugs.
Also, Bethsda didn't make Fallout NV.

Bugs are one thing. Lag, is something completely different.

Both xbox/ps3 use 512MB RAM, shared between the main system and the graphics chip, in a 50/50 anology. From a technical standpoint, I'm surprised Bethesda was able to make the games you mentioned, even launch on either console.

And as Garrus said already, New Vegas may be using the same engine with Fallout 3, but it was not developed by Bethesda.

The PS3 also used that complicated processor.
