Help requested with Castle Volkar improvement mod

I have released a(nother) mod which improves the appearance of Castle Volkihar, but I am having a couple of issues with which I could use come help:

I have 2 issues (so far):

1. LOD: I have created LOD meshes which replace the original Castle Volkihar LOD meshes, but thye do not show up in the game. Is there a way to do this without generating LOD for the Tamriel worldspace? It seems to be that I should be able to replace the models by placing the nifs in the LOD folder, but this is not working.

2. Script enabled doors. After replacing the exterior meshes, I notice some doors are not working, and changes that I make to them are not showing up in game. Is there something I need to do to these doors in the Creation Kit? An example is the Castle Volkihar Balcony door. When I use my mod, the door does not work.

Any input would be appreciated,

Only replacing the object LOD nifs will do nothing. You have to re-generate the Object LOD. The view-able LOD is generated from those NIFs and assembled into the BTO files.
