Chests are hidden all over Skyrim. Look behind every waterfall or at the bottom of ponds/lakes.

The Gauldur amulet fragments/Forbidden Legend is a cool unique quest/items.
Legend of Red Eagle.
Dragon priest masks though you need to finish the MQ and CoW to complete the set.
