Hello everyone, earlier today I was looking through the dlc available for dishonored. I don't own any of the dlc and am thinking of getting one soon. But one of them, the Void Walkers Arsenal, "previously available only through pre-ordering Dishonored" should be in my inventory if I am correct. Is this not considered a DLC if you pre-orded because it's not under my dishonored dlc list. I'm pretty sure I pre-ordered dishonored because I have the bonecharm/hat in TF2 which was some of the pre-order bonuses. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!

The Void Walker Arsenal is a pack of four pre-order bonuses you could get from different retailers:

• Acrobatic Killer Pack (Amazon.co.uk, Wal-Mart)
• Arcane Assassin Pack (GAME, GameStop)
• Backstreet Butcher Pack (Amazon.com, Shop.to.net)
• Shadow Rat Pack (Best Buy, Tesco)

You'd normally get only one if you pre-ordered at one of these places, but later they were bundled together and became available to everyone. So it's correct that you don't have it, or any of its elements. You bought the game on Steam, so your bonuses included TF2 items and Arx Fatalis.
