Coming back to F NV after a long time, new pc and all. However, I have zero mods now installed. I am a bit lazy and I will eventually look through a lot of the mods, but I was wondering, are there any good mod lists out there? would make my life a lot easier

Best thing to do is go to Nexus site and just look for mods in the section that you are looking for enhancements and then go from there.

I find most lists are not that great since each one is based on the person making the list. Each of us have different needs and wants for the game.

Agreed. Mods are very much a subjective thing, what some people think is great will be "meh" to others. You need to stop and think about what it is you want to see in your game and do a bit of research on your own. If you have something particular in mind, ask here and maybe someone can point you in the right direction. Just getting a generic mod list is not going to do you any good.
