Skyrim:How to create my character?

You just have to mess around with the settings. It's not difficult.

Everyone has different views on appearance and looks.

Maybe it will take some time at the beginning, but at the end you will archive some decent faces, i hope...lol

Here are again all character presets on Skyrim:

Just choose something close to your liking, and then customize that character as much as possible.

Go to Well-Proportioned Faces, and click on the image with the four faces, and choose the image 17 !!!!

I personally look at sword fighting as something that is learned among nobility, but maybe that's just me. :P

By your description I'd go with imperial, with speech, one handed, alteration, and perhaps one or two more magic skills being used (possibly destruction for ranged spells).
