Ok i think that this has to do with the fact that i used tgm (and game punished me for this). While exploring a storage area in Vivec i was ambushed by around 10 skeletons who some of them had enchanted arrows. Now i cant cast spells although i dont see any strange icon and i havent lost any stats. Any thoughts?
