So yeah, looking for house mods now too. I've been getting lots of cool stuff thanks to the Enhanced Economics Mod, and have no where to store it.

I've been looking around, and at the ones from the Morrowind Modding Showcase, but nothing really appeals to me as of yet.

I want a small home that's easy to find, mostly. No quest required to get it. Guaranteed safe storage (so my collected stuff won't disappear. ) It doesn't need to be extensive or have a bunch of bells and whistles. Just maybe a bedroom, a kitchen, some containers, nothing big.

I know there is supposedly one house with lighting issues...I forgot which one. I'm not sure if it was fixed or not, but if not, I'd like to avoid that one.
