It's exactly what the title says.

Gtarcade; owned by YOUZU games in Hong Kong has taken the menu screen from Skyrim and placed it as the advertisemant for one of their games; Fable Knight....

This has only been up recently so hopefully Bethesda employee's might find out about this before they try to cover their tracks... If you want to see the picture yourself you can check it out on Bethesda Game Studios Facebook page under "the illiterate level design process" they posted while back. Check out the comments and scroll down to the bottom comment and you will see a picture posted.

I'll try to keep you guys posted in whatever else I'm able to find out or hear about this issue.

Please help keep this post up long enough for their staff to notice it, thank you.

I remember a thread about this entire forum being stolen, so it doesn't surprise me.

Wouldn't it be easier and quicker to use the Contact Us link in the bottom right hand corner of the forum page ?

Yah, the only issue is that gtarcade is distributing games here in the U.S. through a social media platform that also abides by the same rules that every company has to work with when it comes to their consumers and their products. Gtarcade can make tens of thousands of dollars in just the opening of one new server or new event. Not to mention mis identifying who owns the rights to the picture they left up there. A forum can be just that, a forum. But when it come's to intellectual property like artwork, games, books, movies, etc. It can be disheartening to know somebody else trying to claim it as their own when it's use was intended for something else.

And kezardinjur thank you for the comment. I just signed up a few minutes ago and was still browsing through the webpage when I found it. So yes I did send them a ticket but, they don't respond for some time (almost 2-4 days).
