I'm downloading M.O.E now and I just saw that the guy who made it wrote down some future updates he will make. The last update was 2 years ago so I was wondering, does anyone know if he's finished yet or how his progress is going?

My guess is that there aren't any updates coming. The most interesting part of M.O.E., from my perspective, is the main quest delayer. Several years back I did use it, but switched to Alternate Start when I reinstalled Oblivion.

IMO one mod that is missing from the community is a truly great main quest delayer. I do believe that there is work being done, as part of the Prelude Kvatch mod that is in development, on a new main quest delayer. So even if MOE is not updated, hopefully there will be a great delayed start mod (with Kvatch, the Emperor, etc.) released at some point.
