At random the land under my feet and all the signposts etc turn pitch black and I can't see where Im going.

This is my favorite game of all time and I really want to play it with enhanced graphics now that I have a rig that can handle it but I haven't been able to beat the bugs.

also, pieces of peoples armor... candlesticks, tables, people's faces will be purple. similar to the yellow missing mesh squares, but purple...

I've searched google and bing for answers but haven't found any...

morrowind is installed on a ssd.

Are you running everything in Administrator Mode?

Did you install the patches/fixes?

Put the warnings.txt in a spoiler.

lastly, installing MGSO correctly is not easy, even though it's supposed to be. It's made even harder with patches/fixes needing to be installed and the details are not clear. So, we can work through this, but I can't guarantee a fast solution, although a fast solution isn't out of the question.
