just wondering tbh as the game is due out tomorrow?

am not going to buy it personally because the developers (another company from the xbox one) couldn't be bothered to add weather to the game (so i'm out because of that).

is the game really that pants that no one is allowed to do a review,before the game goes out?

You didn't specify what version. All games that are cross gen are obviously going to be better on the next gen version.
