Greetings!

I successfully completed "Following A Lead" quest and spoke to Black Hand member, Arquen, after they killed Lachance at the Applewatch farm. Then we were teleported to the Lucky Lady statue in Bravil to start "Honor Thy Mother" quest. After Arquen speaks to me, she just stands there and does not recite the incantation to open the crypt of the Night Mother.

The game does not seem to be frozen (the torches are burning normally) and I can change camera views and turn around and crouch but nothing else works. I can't press "T" to wait. Is there a length of time to wait for the invocation?

I am playing the game on a PC.
