I have tes5 but have only used it to clean mods..but this was taken off a post page at the nexus on a mod im using:

Correct, it's missing the No Absorb/Reflect flag added by USKP. Pretty sure The Fire Within ability and Elemental Fury need patching too, but I can't check right now.

1. Start up TES5Edit.

2. Check only Improved Dragon Shouts.esp and Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp

3. Check the red entries under Magic Effect, Shout & Spell.

4. Drag the red entries from USKP to IDS, i.e., for example:

Under Magic Effect > Eternal Spirit, you'll see that the USKP fixes the Magic Item Description. Drag that entry from USKP to IDS. Note that it turns green.

5. Repeat for all USKP changes you'd like to transfer to IDS. When finished, either hit Ctrl+S or just close down TES5Edit and say yes to the prompt to save the changes in IDS.

6. Done.

Might want to make a backup of IDS before doing this.
